Description

Delicious and crispy pepperoni pizza bombs filled with gooey mozzarella and seasoned butter, perfect for parties or a cozy snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F or air fryer to 350°F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and flatten each round slightly.
  4. Place shredded mozzarella and mini pepperoni in the center of each dough round.
  5. Pinch the edges to seal each bomb tightly.
  6. Position the bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet, brush with seasoned butter.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or air fry for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool for a few minutes and serve with marinara sauce or ranch dip.
