- 1 cup almond flour

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the zucchini by squeezing out as much liquid as possible using a kitchen towel.
- Mix in a large bowl the drained zucchini, almond flour, cheese, eggs, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into round shapes on the baking sheet to resemble bagels.
- Bake the bagels for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool briefly before serving with toppings of your choice.
Notes
Ensure to remove excess liquid from the zucchini for the right consistency. Feel free to experiment with different cheeses for a unique flavor.
