Description

A comforting yet invigorating dish filled with the addictive heat of Samyang noodles and rich, creamy Korean corn cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Samyang carbo noodles (or your spicy instant noodle of choice)
  • 1.5 cups frozen or canned corn
  • 1 cup grated white cheddar
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp Japanese mayo
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the instant noodles according to the package instructions.
  2. Transfer the cooked noodles to a serving plate and set aside.
  3. Heat your non-stick skillet over high heat and add all the ingredients for the corn cheese.
  4. Turn the heat down to medium once you hear a sizzle.
  5. Stir occasionally until the cheese mixture is gooey and fully blended.
  6. Let the mixture cool slightly for 2 to 3 minutes after removing from heat.
  7. Pour the corn cheese over the noodles, then sprinkle with dried parsley.

Notes

You can easily prepare the corn cheese mixture ahead of time and refrigerate it for later use.
