Instructions
- Prep your veggies: Start by washing and chopping all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic and set aside.
- Measure out your sauces: Get your soy sauce and brown sugar ready—this will streamline your cooking process.
- Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the sesame oil and minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, filling your kitchen with a heavenly aroma. Add the ground beef, breaking it into small pieces. Cook until it browns evenly, about 5–7 minutes.
