Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Collard Greens or Kale, chopped

  • 4 cups Broth or Stock (chicken or vegetable)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Fresh Herbs for garnish
  • Hot Sauce (optional)

Instructions

  2. Sauté the diced onions and bell peppers until tender, about 5 minutes.
