Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, egg, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix gently until just combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
- Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil and add potato chunks.
- Cook until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes, then drain.
- Mash potatoes with milk, butter, herbs, garlic powder, and salt until creamy and smooth.
- Serve the meatballs over the garlic herb mashed potatoes.
