- 4 medium Fresh Peaches, sliced
- 2 cups Blueberries
- 1 cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
- ¾ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- ½ cup Butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the peaches into thin wedges and combine them with the blueberries in a large bowl, tossing gently.
- Mix in the brown sugar, flour, lemon juice, and cinnamon until delicately coated. Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Combine the oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, and cinnamon in another bowl. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
- Spread the topping evenly over the fruit mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling bubbles.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream for a delightful treat. You can also prepare the filling and topping separately in advance.
