- 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Sauté the sliced smoked sausage, onion, and bell pepper for 5–7 minutes until browned.
- Incorporate the minced garlic and cook for 1 additional minute.
- Combine the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper, and bring to a rolling boil.
- Add the uncooked penne pasta, stir well, lower heat, and let it simmer for about 10-12 minutes until the pasta is tender.
- Finish with stirring in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
