Description

A delicious and visually stunning No-Bake Twix Cheesecake that combines a rich, creamy filling with a crunchy cookie crust and a decadent caramel layer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • Optional: Chocolate decor
  • 2 tablespoons optional: whipped cream (for thinning chocolate for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing the Graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill the crust in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to set.
  2. Make the cheesecake filling by beating the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl with a hand mixer until creamy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and continue mixing until fluffy and smooth.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Drizzle the caramel sauce evenly over the top and use a toothpick to swirl it into the filling lightly.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler or in the microwave (stirring every 30 seconds to avoid burning). Add the optional whipped cream to create a smooth, thick chocolate sauce. Drizzle over the cheesecake to decorate.
  6. Chill the cheesecake for at least 240 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to meld and set properly.

Notes

Prepare the cheesecake up to two days in advance for better flavor development. Consider making mini cheesecakes in muffin tins for quicker serving options.
