Description

A refreshing summer salad featuring juicy nectarines, crisp cucumbers, and creamy goat cheese, brightened with fresh basil.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 ripe Nectarines, sliced
  • 1 large Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup Goat Cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp Urfa Biber (optional)
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the nectarines and cucumber.
  2. Prepare the red onion by soaking it in cold water for 10 minutes if a milder flavor is desired.
  3. Combine nectarines, cucumber, basil, goat cheese, and red onion in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Dress the salad with olive oil, salt, pepper and Urfa Biber (if using).
  5. Serve immediately for optimal freshness.

Notes

For added crunch, consider topping the salad with toasted nuts. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
