Description
A refreshing summer salad featuring juicy nectarines, crisp cucumbers, and creamy goat cheese, brightened with fresh basil.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe Nectarines, sliced
- 1 large Cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil leaves
- 1/2 cup Goat Cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp Urfa Biber (optional)
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the nectarines and cucumber.
- Prepare the red onion by soaking it in cold water for 10 minutes if a milder flavor is desired.
- Combine nectarines, cucumber, basil, goat cheese, and red onion in a large mixing bowl.
- Dress the salad with olive oil, salt, pepper and Urfa Biber (if using).
- Serve immediately for optimal freshness.
Notes
For added crunch, consider topping the salad with toasted nuts. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
