Description

Enjoy soft and crispy low-calorie pizza rolls filled with turkey pepperoni and low-fat mozzarella, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Whole Wheat Dough
  • Lean Turkey Pepperoni
  • Low-Fat Mozzarella Cheese
  • Italian Seasoning (Optional)
  • Olive Oil (for brushing)
  • Marinara Sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat dough on a lightly floured surface to about ¼ inch thickness.
  3. Cut the dough into small squares, about 3 inches each.
  4. Place a piece of turkey pepperoni and a small amount of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough over to form a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.
  7. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Prepare and freeze rolls before baking. For air frying, cook at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes.
