Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (Cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer half of the cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice.
- Add the fresh blueberries on top of the cheese.
- Finish with the remaining cheese on top of the blueberries.
- Assemble the sandwich with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Grill for about 3-4 minutes until golden, then flip and repeat.
- Slice the sandwich in half and serve warm.
Notes
For a lighter option, try using an air fryer. You can also customize with fresh herbs or different fruits.
