Description

A delightful summer parfait featuring grilled peaches, fresh blueberries, and creamy Greek yogurt, topped with crunchy granola and chocolate bean bark.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Vegetable oil for grilling
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
  • 24 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup granola
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup Remix Snacks Chocolate Bean Bark, chopped
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare the peaches by slicing each half into three wedges.
  3. Mix the sugars and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  4. Coat the peaches by pressing the cut side into the sugar mixture.
  5. Grill the peaches cut side down for about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Layer yogurt into serving bowls.
  7. Add grilled peaches, blueberries, and granola over the yogurt.
  8. Drizzle honey or maple syrup and sprinkle chocolate bark on top, if using. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

For best results, use ripe peaches and serve immediately for optimal freshness and crunch.
