Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe nectarines
  • 4 ounces burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Cut the nectarines in half and remove the pits.
  3. Brush the cut sides with olive oil.
  4. Place the nectarines cut-side down on the grill and grill for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Let them cool slightly before handling.
  6. Arrange the grilled nectarines on a serving plate.
  7. Tear the burrata cheese and place it over the nectarines.

Notes

Serve fresh for the best taste; leftovers can be stored for up to two days in an airtight container. Avoid microwaving to prevent mushiness.
