- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess grease.
- Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in cream cheese and cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits and flatten each one into a 4-inch circle.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit, then fold and seal the edges tightly.
- Combine melted butter and Parmesan cheese, then brush over the tops of the bombs.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
Notes
Make-ahead by preparing the beef mixture a day prior. For a quicker option, use an air fryer at 375°F for 8-10 minutes.
