Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delightful combination of savory beef, rich cheeses, and mouthwatering seasonings wrapped in soft biscuit dough, perfect for gatherings or a cozy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess grease.
  3. Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in cream cheese and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits and flatten each one into a 4-inch circle.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit, then fold and seal the edges tightly.
  6. Combine melted butter and Parmesan cheese, then brush over the tops of the bombs.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.

Notes

Make-ahead by preparing the beef mixture a day prior. For a quicker option, use an air fryer at 375°F for 8-10 minutes.
