Delightful frozen treats that balance health and flavor, packed with Greek yogurt and peanut butter.
Ingredients

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a large mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop small portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top or drizzle melted dark chocolate over the bites.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the bites to freeze for 2–3 hours, or until firm.
- Transfer the frozen bites into an airtight container and store them back in the freezer.
Notes
These bites freeze beautifully. Consider making a double batch for easy access to healthy snacks.
