Description

Delightful frozen treats that balance health and flavor, packed with Greek yogurt and peanut butter.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a large mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Drop small portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top or drizzle melted dark chocolate over the bites.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the bites to freeze for 2–3 hours, or until firm.
  6. Transfer the frozen bites into an airtight container and store them back in the freezer.

Notes

These bites freeze beautifully. Consider making a double batch for easy access to healthy snacks.
