Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the sliced nectarines, blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
- Fold the mixture until the fruits are well-coated, being careful not to crush the blueberries.
- Pour the fruit medley into the tart shell, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack for at least 15 minutes.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
