Description

This Crispy Roasted Cauliflower dish transforms simple ingredients into a delightful experience, featuring golden brown edges and a tender interior, paired with herbs and spices.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse the cauliflower florets under cold water and dry them thoroughly.
  3. Combine the olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl and whisk together.
  4. Toss the dried cauliflower florets in the bowl to coat them in the seasoned oil.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and spread the cauliflower in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway for even browning.
