- 4 brioche buns, split
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- ½ cup shaved Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: In a medium bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the dredging station: In a shallow dish, whisk together flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne.
- Dredge the chicken: Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off, then coat in flour mixture.
- Heat the oil: In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the chicken: Fry each chicken breast for about 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain the chicken: Transfer to a wire rack lined with paper towels.
- Combine dressing ingredients: Whisk mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper until combined.
- Emulsify the dressing: Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking until smooth.
- Toast the buns (optional): Lightly toast brioche buns for added texture.
- Assemble the sandwich: Spread dressing on buns, layer with lettuce, chicken, shaved Parmesan, and optional tomato. Place the top bun and serve immediately.
