Description

Delight in crispy baked cauliflower steaks that are smoky, savory, and perfect for a healthy, meat-free meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: your favorite dipping sauce or toppings

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and slice it into thick steaks (about 3/4 inch thick).
  3. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until well combined.
  4. Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the spice mixture.
  5. Place the steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are spaced apart.
  6. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
