Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, warming it through and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a portion of the chicken mixture into the center. Top with shredded cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas.
