Instructions
- Place sliced chicken in a mixing bowl.
- Add black pepper, soy sauce, and cornstarch, mixing well to coat.
- Let marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and pour in the vegetable oil.
- Introduce the marinated chicken and cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir occasionally until fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes.
- Toss in sliced bell pepper and onion, stir-frying for about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for an additional minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth, stirring to combine and simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt to taste and serve warm.
