A creative twist on the classic Big Mac, wrapped in a warm tortilla with tangy sauce, juicy beef, and fresh veggies.

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the special sauce by blending mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook the beef in a non-stick skillet over medium heat with olive oil. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft, then add ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
- Assemble each tortilla with special sauce, shredded lettuce, cooked beef mixture, and shredded cheddar cheese. Add dill pickle slices if using.
- Wrap the tortillas by folding in the sides and rolling from the bottom up. Slice in half and serve warm with extra sauce for dipping.
Notes
Feel free to customize with different proteins or toppings like jalapeños or avocado for added flavor. Make sauce and beef ahead of time for easy assembly.
