Description

A delightful BBQ chicken flatbread topped with shredded chicken, barbecue sauce, and melted cheese for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flatbread
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread barbecue sauce over the flatbread evenly.
  3. Top the flatbread generously with the shredded chicken.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken.
  5. Add sliced red onions atop the cheese.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro.
  8. Slice into wedges and serve warm.
