- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 flour tortillas (8-inch)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat for about 20 minutes until fully cooked.
- Combine the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and cream cheese in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
- Lay the tortillas flat and spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, rolling tightly to form taquitos.
- Place the rolled taquitos seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve topped with chopped green onions and a dollop of sour cream.
