Delicious crispy wraps filled with tender chicken and melted mozzarella, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 400 g chicken breast fillet
- 200 g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for brushing
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken breast by cutting it into small cubes or strips.
- Season the chicken by placing it in a bowl and adding paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Fill the wraps by placing a generous amount of the seasoned chicken in the center and adding shredded mozzarella on top.
- Fold the sides of the wrap and roll it tightly from the bottom to secure the filling.
- Brush the wraps lightly with oil to promote a golden crust.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
- Fry the wraps in the air fryer for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy, turning them halfway through cooking.
- Let the wraps rest briefly before serving warm with dips like guacamole, sour cream, or salsa.
Notes
You can prepare the chicken in advance and marinate for enhanced flavor. If you don’t have an air fryer, these can be baked in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
